Abate-the-Wait
In the days of modem internet and delays loading even the simplest website, Jack wrote a browser add-on that automatically launched a game in the browser window when you requested a web page, allowing you to play a variation of scissors-paper-stone until the page either started to load, or finished loading. The game could be replaced by text to read e.g. from a novel or textbook or other user-selected content.
Goss Game & Kayak Knowledge Engine
This is a work-in-progress. The "Goss" (for gossip) game is the test implementation for Jack's "Kayak" knowledge engine.
The Kayak engine lets the user navigate a tree of facts that will guide them to a "breakthrough node" and the next tree (or next level).
Node visibility and possible actions are dependent on character. An aggressive player-character has access to some nodes and options that are not available to meak or mild player-characters, and vice-versa. Your route through the game depends on your nature.
